We are seeking a Developer Relations Leader with a strong passion for Artificial Intelligence technology and community building. You will excel in engaging with developer communities and have a proven track record in nurturing these relationships. Your excellent communication skills, combined with your technical expertise make you adept at understanding and advocating for developers’ needs. You’re a strategic thinker, capable of driving initiatives that grow and strengthen the developer community around our platform. With your enthusiasm and innovative approach, you’re ready to lead and inspire, making a significant impact in the aiXplain ecosystem.

This is a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will be located in San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Jose, CA; Austin, TX; Greater New York City; Washington, DC; or Greater Boston, MA. Other locations will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Developer relations: Establish and maintain strong connections with developer communities. You will be tasked with actively engaging and building lasting relationships with these groups, serving as the key point of contact between aiXplain and our development ecosystem. You will formulate and implement an effective strategy for nurturing and expanding our developer community.
• Community engagement: Foster and sustain robust connections with developers, various projects, and partners.
• Stakeholder engagement: Pinpoint and interact with key figures in the aiXplain platform to stimulate collaboration and forge strategic alliances.
• Event management: Plan and conduct developer-centric events like workshops, hackathons, and meetups to showcase our technology and actively engage with the developer community.
• Feedback integration: Gather and communicate valuable input from developers to internal teams, aiding in the continuous enhancement of our products and services.
• Content collaboration: Work closely with the aiXplain marketing team to produce developer-focused materials, tutorials, and resources.
• Brand awareness: Stay informed about AI industry trends, developer tools, and technologies, and share knowledge within the organization. Promote aiXplain in the developer community through various digital and physical channels.
• Incentive program management: Create and oversee developer incentive schemes to encourage adoption and active participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree a plus).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or community management, preferably within AI or an emerging tech sector.
• Profound understanding of AI technology and its developer ecosystem.
• A proven track record in building and nurturing developer communities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical audiences.
• Demonstrated capability in devising and executing strategic developer relations plans.
• Experience in organizing and hosting developer-centric events and activities.
• Passion for AI technology and a strong desire to empower developers to build on our platform.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Experience working with developer communities internationally is a plus.
