This role is located at our San Francisco Bay Area, California office onsite.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience with assembly, test and integration of complex hardware in automation, robotics or similar industries.
  • Experience with designing and building multi-conductor cable harnesses including wire gauge selection, connector selection, crimping and installing connectors.
  • Experience with electrical surface mount soldering rework and full PCBA assembly.
  • Familiarity with reading schematics, mechanical drawings, and assembly instructions.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment for precision assembly work.
  • Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team.
  • Willing to occasionally travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or Associate’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with creating and modifying build instructions.
  • Familiarity with test procedures and executing basic system verification tests.
  • Familiarity with Linux or equivalent operating system to execute manufacturing tests.
  • Experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs and other test equipment.
  • Experience with 3D printing, CNC or other manufacturing techniques.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in Santa Clara, CA. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
