We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sr. SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company's sales goals are met. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success generating qualified discovery meetings. IN THIS ROLE YOU Will…
- Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
- Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts and by creating/executing strategic email and social campaigns
- Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email
- Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams
- Build knowledge of our technology and ecosystem of partners
- Use Hubspot for lead and account management and forecasting
- Consistently meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets
- Work in a fast-pace environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team
- A passion for AI technology and continued learning, 2+ years of customer facing experience is preferred
- Consistent measurable overachievement in past experiences
- Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external),
- A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- The ability to thrive in a company environment of rapid change; reacting to management initiatives; taking the "customer view"; adopting customer corporate ‘perspective’; accepting change to business/personal situations
