We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcer to support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage exceptional talent, coordinate interview schedules, and help create a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate has experience coordinating interviews and sourcing top technical talent in a high-growth startup environment, with a demonstrated focus on building diverse pipelines. You’re highly organized and thrive on creating efficient, fair, and thoughtful recruiting processes that help every candidate put their best foot forward. You take initiative, think strategically, and are willing to contribute at all levels, no task is too big or too small.
This is a hybrid role, working onsite at our NYC HQ 4 days/week.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage top talent through creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and professional networks, with an emphasis on sourcing diverse and representative technical talent
  • Review inbound applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates and present top talent to recruiters and hiring managers
  • Conduct initial outreach to assess candidate interest and alignment with role requirements
  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics across time zones, ensuring clear communication and coordination with both candidates and interviewers
  • Greet and host on-site candidates, ensuring a warm and professional experience
  • Track and maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide support with pipeline management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent acquisition support role
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards)
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar platforms)
  • Able to occasionally flex working hours to align with team members in Pacific Time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical sourcing experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and candidate care
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting practices
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset, you take initiative and thrive in a team-oriented culture
  • Experience working at an early-stage, venture-backed startup

Hybrid Work | Location | Work Authorization

  • For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro area
  • Our expectation for this role is to be in the office approximately 4 days per week
  • We may occasionally require you to work flex hours to align with team members in Pacific Time
  • We will provide relocation assistance to anyone who does not already reside in the NYC metro area
