Role Summary
You will design and execute offline growth campaigns—student community meetups, institutional outreach, ambassador networks, and referral programs—that drive organic installs and feedback loops. Your focus will be on creating structured GTM processes, managing campaign logistics, extracting insights from first-party interactions, and translating community activations into sustainable funnel growth.
What You’ll Do
Plan & Execute Activation Campaigns: Organize offline and hybrid initiatives like institutional seminars, student chapter launches, test‑prep booths, and interactive discussion forums to grow awareness and app usage.
Partnership & Ambassador Programs: Recruit and manage an ambassador network across cities; collaborate with student clubs, libraries, or NGOs to co-host academic workshops and referral drives.
Lead Capture & CRM Workflows: Implement systems (e.g. Sheets or affordable CRM) to map lead → drip message → onboarding funnel, ensuring offline-to-online conversion.
Growth Operations Framework: Establish SOPs for funnel hygiene, A/B test planning, activity workflows, and feedback loops, improving repeatability as user volume.
Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain dashboards tracking event performance, activation rates, user sign-ups, and feedback-derived content themes; build weekly insights for Growth team review.
Feedback Collection & Iteration: Capture qualitative insights from offline engagement—pain-points, objections, topic resonance—and feed them into campaign and content strategy planning.
Cross-Functional Handoff: Work with Growth, Product, and Content teams to convert event attendees into test-users, clarify messaging, and improve subsequent outreach.
Who You Are
A graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline) with excellent communication skills and a drive for grassroots community building.
Resourceful and dependable: comfortable running events, user outreach, and operations workflows independently.
Analytically minded: you track performance, spot bottlenecks, and streamline conversion steps using tools like Sheets..
Collaborative: you’ll regularly collaborate with remote teams to align offline campaigns with product launches and content scheduling.
Flexible to travel across cities for events and regional activations (amount varies; travel is sporadic and planned in advance).
Required Experience & Education
Must have a Bachelor’s degree — entry-level candidates are welcome if you’ve led community or project-based offline campaigns, even during college.
Experienced at coordinating logistics (venue setup, stakeholder coordination, event schedules).
Facility in Excel or Google Sheets is crucial; may also work with simple CRM tools for lead tracking and dashboarding.
Proactive self-starter who thrives in a startup culture, able to work independently and align with cross-functional rhythms.
