PadhAI is seeking a Social Media & Short‑Form Video Manager-ideally a female creator to produce high-impact short and long videos, manage Twitter, Instagram, YouTube Shorts/Reels, LinkedIn, and Telegram channels, and convert engaged UPSC aspirants into active users through community-first storytelling and data-driven growth.

SigIQ.ai is an AI‑powered EdTech startup on a mission to make high‑quality, 1:1 style tutoring accessible to all aspirants in India. Our flagship product, PadhAI, is tailored for UPSC and allied civil services exam preparation. Founded by PhD graduates from Stanford, Berkeley AI Research and IITians, we’re rapidly scaling a learning platform trusted by tens of thousands across India.

Role Summary

You’ll own PadhAI’s social voice, from video-first content to text-first Twitter threads and act as the public voice of our app.
Your task: expand our visibility, strengthen community trust, and drive app installs and subscriptions via visual stories and conversational engagement. You’ll work closely with product, growth, and content teams to scale our creator funnel using KPIs and experimentation.

What You’ll Do

  • Platform & Calendar Strategy: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across short/long-form videos, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube Shorts/Reels, LinkedIn aligned to product campaigns and click-to-activation goals.

  • Video Production (Short & Long): Produce videos, including 15–60 second Reels/Shorts and 2–5 minute explanatory videos (script, record, edit, post) covering current affairs, ethics, study motivation and UI walkthroughs.

  • Twitter Content Strategy: Craft daily Twitter threads, polls, and engagement creatives; monitor mentions and DMs, and lead targeted conversations around PadhAI launches and assistive features.

  • Copywriting & Hooks: Write tight video captions, CTAs, overlays, and hooks in Hindi/English. A/B test tone, messaging, and thumbnails; incorporate Twitter learning into platform loops.

  • Community Growth & Moderation: Engage with users via comments, live Q&A, Reddit AMA, Telegram polls or Insta stories; surface feedback to product, content, and design teams.

  • Performance Reporting: Analyze weekly reach, watch time, shares, comments, retention rates, webinar registrations, conversions, funnel KPIs; maintain dashboard in Sheets/Data Studio.

  • UGC & Collaboration: Identify micro-influencers or EdTech creators; run student-generated content campaigns and collaboration videos; manage content release milestones.

Who You Are

  • A graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any subject) and ideally a female candidate.

  • Creative and confident in creating both short and long videos; you’ve grown a channel or worked within student groups, college events or EdTech outreach.

  • Comfortable with data: you monitor video retention, hashtag performance, and funnel drop-offs—and iterate fast.

  • A natural community builder: converses actively, ignites word-of-mouth growth, and translates community threads into messaging hooks.

  • Highly organized: can batch and schedule content, manage cross-functional syncs, and execution timelines end-to-end.

  • Bilingual (Hindi + English) storytelling and copy fluency is highly appreciated.

Required Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree completed — open to early-career professionals.

  • Excellent visual storytelling skills and social writing style.

  • Familiarity with basic tools like Google Sheets, content editors (Premiere, CapCut, Canva), and platform analytics dashboards.

  • Comfortable working independently and closely with Growth, Product, and Content colleagues.

Compensation : Fixed Salary: ₹2,50,000/yr + Variable (Performance): ₹2,50,000/yr

Location: Gurgaon Office, India

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full‑Time)
