Role Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to lead user acquisition and conversion optimization campaigns across digital channels. This role is integral to driving growth for the PadhAI App through analytical thinking, experimentation, and end-to-end campaign ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
Optimize CAC and LTV through rigorous A/B testing, funnel analysis, and creative experimentation.
Collaborate with the content and product teams to align ad messaging and landing page performance.
Track daily performance metrics using Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and Excel dashboards.
Manage monthly digital budgets and allocate spend effectively to maximize ROI.
Drive campaign automation and scaling through tools and data insights.
Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience in app marketing / performance marketing (preferably in edtech or consumer apps).
Strong command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and UAC campaigns.
Experience working with Firebase, Adjust, or AppsFlyer.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and campaign analytics.
Compensation
₹5,00,000 fixed annual CTC
Up to ₹2,00,000 performance-linked variable, evaluated and disbursed monthly based on growth metrics (e.g., new installs, CAC, ROAS).
