Job Description

We’re seeking a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in producing high-impact visual content for our AI-based edtech products, marketing, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and create visually engaging motion graphics, videos, and animations for product, marketing, and educational purposes including social media.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, marketing) to deliver assets that align with brand objectives and messaging.

• Interpret briefs, pitch creative concepts, and develop storyboards and style frames.

• Leverage industry-leading animation and video editing tools for efficient output.

• Revise and refine animations/graphics based on feedback.

• Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

• Stay updated with trends in animation, design, and multimedia.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Software: Premier Pro, After Effects and Figma

• Bonus: Experience with Geo Layer plugin for After Effects (animated map visualizations, storytelling using geographic data)

• 3+ years’ experience in Motion Design or Animation roles with a strong showreel/portfolio.

• Understanding of design principles, typography, colour, and animation.

• Strong storytelling and visual communication abilities.

• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to multitask.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge or practical experience with Geo Layers (e.g., map route animations, data visualization on geographical layouts).

• Experience with 3D animation, interactive media, or multimedia content in edtech.
